My name is Laura and I offer all types of self-care for both men and women. I created the Zen Den as a safe space to enable you to switch off from your busy life and welcome in the calm positive energy, and embrace the self-care offered. “There is no judgment here only a safe space to stop, breathe, heal and rejuvenate. I look forward to welcoming you soon”.

I qualified as a massage therapist, reflexologist, and aromatherapist back in 2002. Since then I have qualified in Indian head massage, hot stone therapy, facials, Brows, waxing and microdermabrasion. I continue to update and improve my knowledge base to better serve my clients.
