I have experienced all of Laura’s treatments - Reflexology, Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Indian Head Massage - and next week I am excited to be trying the new Microdermabrasion Facial! Reflexology is my ‘go to’ choice and Laura is a skillful and attentive therapist who combines individualised treatments with holding space for her clients.

A program that kicks menopause’s arse! A journey that allows you to acknowledge and talk about the impact of symptoms within your everyday life combined with reflexology which over the course of the program virtually eliminates these and makes you feel “normal” again. Laura creates such a safe space, calming, relaxing and special. She’s totally intuitive to how you feel and ensures that every second of your treatment is totally focused on you. I leave feeling as if I’m floating on air! Definitely a life changer! 

I love Laura's Zen Den, it is always a piece of well needed tranquility. Laura is lovely, she chats if I want a chat and she leaves me to relax and enjoy that bit of downtime if I say nothing. Her massages leave me relaxed and de-stressed and the hot stones massage is a thorough head to toe treat. She doesn't rush you out the door and gives you the time you need to revel in your experience. A jewel in Paignton!

After a stressful time during home working and schooling during lock down it was a relief to visit the Zen Den. The relaxing music and aromas when you enter the den set the mood. Laura is knowledgeable and quick to pick up on existing conditions and niggles without you even prompting where they are. I've been for 3 microdermabrasion treatments with Laura recently. It's very relaxing and it has definitely helped my skin. Lovely little treatment room and lovely experience. would highly recommend.
