Warm basalt stones are placed on key acupressure points to help release tension and allow deeper pressure to be applied, enhancing the effectiveness of the massage. I recommend this treatment when you need me to work in many areas or when you want a full body massage to compliment your lifestyle.  I use a combination of invigorating effleurage strokes to increase the blood flow into your muscles followed by pressure points to ease out any knots. This treatment can include your back, neck, shoulders, legs, feet, arms and hands. However, we can discuss any problem areas and  you would like me to work in a particular area during the pre-treatment consultation.

Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy.
By targeting the multitude of nerve endings in your feet, I can assist the flow of energy through your body.  Your body will then be able to nurture and repair itself once these energy blocks are release.

Each area of your foot corresponds to organs and systems in your body, relaxation, and healing  happens within the corresponding area as I apply gentle pressure. Reflexology can also reduce psychological symptoms, such as stress and anxiety, and enhance relaxation and sleep.
