This traditional Ayurvedic massage that has been practiced in India for thousands of years. Your massage will include the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, face, and ears. This massage is performed whilst you are fully dressed and seated on my massage chair. Benefits of Indian Head Massage include hair, and scalp health, and relief from migraines and headaches. It is also soothing for the eyes and sinuses, relieve sleeplessness, restlessness, and insomnia. As well as relieving symptoms of anxiety and depression. Head-to-toe heaven!
During this treatment, I place warm basalt stones on your key acupressure points. I can then release tension from within your muscles to allow deeper pressure to be applied during your massage.
This massage includes reflexology, and foot stones. Concluding with a face & head massage. It is extremely comforting and relaxing. It can also aid sleep and boost immunity.

During this shorter session, I use a combination of invigorating effleurage hand strokes to increase the blood flow into your muscles followed by pressure points to ease out any knots, targeting only certain areas. Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy.
By targeting the multitude of nerve endings in your feet, I can assist the flow of energy through your body.  Your body will then be able to nurture and repair itself once these energy blocks are release.

Each area of your foot corresponds to organs and systems in your body, relaxation, and healing  happens within the corresponding area as I apply gentle pressure. Reflexology can also reduce psychological symptoms, such as stress and anxiety, and enhance relaxation and sleep.
